Custom Turn Pre-Payment - Current TAT 6 to 8 weeks

TAT - Turn Around Time, approximately how long it will take from when we receive your blank, NOT from when the blank is purchased, as well as from when you have paid the turn fee to us and sent the email as directed in the below instructions.  We make posts about once a week in our Facebook Group that lists out the blanks we receive in the mail along with the names and quantities. For example, Jane Doe - 3  would mean Jane has 3 blanks that we received for her in the mail that week, this is not a total blank count. We also list out the individual blank makers so that you should be able to go look under a specific maker and find your name if we have received blanks for you.

This is to pay in advance the turn fee for blanks sent to us for turning into diamond painting pens. You must purchase the same number of turn fees to equal the amount of blanks you are having sent to us. Not paying the correct amount will delay your order processing.

Step One: Pay the turn fee(s)

Step Two: Email us at enablersoutpostcustompens@gmail.com with your order number.  We will also need information regarding the turn shape and grip size you prefer. Sending any reference photos you have is helpful. It is best to send all this information in just one email, as sending multiple emails will cause confusion and delays.

Step Three: Wait patiently for us to email you back. We have anywhere from 50 to 300+ custom turn orders at any given time and it takes us time to go through them which we do in the order they are received. Please do not email multiple times, this will only put your email at the back of the queue.

Due to the sheer number of messages that come in regarding custom turns, we will no longer be able to reply to social media message inquiries. We will be using this email format only from Dec 11, 2024 going forward.

We reserve the right to change the turn fee at any time without notice, however once you have paid your rate is locked in.
