Orders outside of the US: Customs and Duties/Taxes are not collected, paid or the responsibility of Enablers Outpost.
Orders inside of the US: Customs and Duties/Tariffs are collected and paid as well as NC sales tax, these are included in the shipping cost you pay when ordering. When using Shop Pay, they may collect sales tax, however that is outside of Enablers Outpost control.

All of our diamond painting kits are legally licensed and made to order, requiring time to be produced. The current Diamond Painting order turnaround time takes on average 3 to 8 weeks. Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes and a phone number is required on all orders. Failure to provide a phone number will result in further delays of your order.. We appreciate your patience as we excitedly wait to receive your shipping notifications!
