Message response times are very long. Our working hours are not set and we never know one week to the next when we will even have a hot meal. We understand orders are also delayed which appears to be causing a lot of folks to have heightened stress and anxiety fueled physiological responses. We are apologetic for the delays, however it should be clear that delays like this happened largely because a big number of customers going back to the middle of Summer 2025 did not hold up their end of the arrangement and pay us thousands of dollars we are owed which led to our income becoming $0.00 and we had to find outside employment. We had hoped this wouldn't be the end of an almost 5 year old business that was an original, built from nothing from the ground up, we did not buy our business, we did not inherit it, we built it with our sweat blood and tears. We invested all of our time and money to this because we believed in it. We were the first to come up with several ideas that hadn't been done before, and now they are all over like glitter. Even our old diamond painting supplier is bulldozing the small shops and it's incredibly heartbreaking to see, because consumers are lapping it up. We have always been forthcoming, and we were practically begging for months for help and no help came. It's the end of an era. One day, people will wake up to what has been deceiving them and by the time they do, it will be too late. RIP to the diamond painting community we used to love.
